THE PROJECT
To design a contemporary Mediterranean style 5000 sq.ft. plus, three level, hillside view home for a family with three generations living together.

A small difficult hillside lot with valley views.

Craig & Mary Beardsley

THE BUILDER
Two different sized homes were designed for this client.
Working drawings were completed on this design, but the project was not built due to lack of family consensus on which one should be built.

The Model
In the Preliminary Design Phase, this 1/4"=1'-0" scale physical study model was built.

This level features the Entry, Study, Livingroom, Dining, Kitchen, Family Room, Laundry and two Baths.



The third level, Beardsley-Morris Residence I, Burbank, California, USA, 1977.
This level features the Master Bedroom Suite with bath and three Bedrooms which share another divided Bath.
